The Adjuster School is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Under no circumstance will we sell or provide your information to any third party. We use industry standard encryption technology and security safeguards to ensure that your data is safe.

 When you register for our classes or purchase our products, we require that you give us a current email address and phone number. This is done so that we can provide you with immediate payment confirmation, provide you with class or product information and to notify you of any important adjuster information, such as certification information and possible deployment information.

 Refund Policy 

In Person Classroom and Live Webinar Training Courses

You have to right to cancel your registration for The Adjuster School In Person Classroom and Live Webinar Training courses.  The cancellation notice should be by email (info@theadjusterschool.com) 9 calendar days before the start of the In Person Classroom class or Live Webinar.  The Adjuster School will refund you 100% of your enrollment fee.  If you request a refund within the 9-day window and we allow you to transfer your course to a future In Person Classroom, Live Webinar, or Online training session, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund. If your request to transfer to a future In Person Classroom class or Live Webinar training session is granted, you are no longer eligible to receive a refund.  If you transfer to a future In Person Classroom Class or Webinar course, you must complete the course within six (6) months of the date of the course that you were originally scheduled for.

If you are taking the Live Webinar Course, we ship your training material 9 days prior to class to ensure that you receive it on time.

Online Texas Adjuster Pre-Licensing Course / Online Xactimate Training / Claims Skills Mastery

You have the right to cancel your registration for The Adjuster School Online Course prior to beginning the course. All requests for cancellation must be made by contacting The Adjuster School by email (info@theadjusterschool.com). The Adjuster School will give you a 100% refund.  

Students will not be allowed to obtain a refund on any online class that they have started.  

You can not get a refund on any online class that is 30 days old.  

You can not get a refund on any online class that is expired or completed

We allow up to 6 months to complete our Online Self-Paced courses.  This includes our Online Texas Adjuster Pre-Licensing Course, Online Xactimate Training, and Claims Skills Mastery courses.

Online Texas All Lines Adjuster Licensing Course Expiration  

The Online Texas All Lines Adjuster Licensing course is a 40 hour course. The Adjuster School will allow you up to 6 months (from the date of purchase) to complete this course and the Final Examination. It normally takes our students anywhere from 4 days to 3 weeks to complete the entire course and Final Examination.  In the event of course expiration, you will have to repurchase the course. You will not lose all of your information, as our system will maintain your course progression and you will be able to resume wherever you left off. 

You have up to 3 attempts to pass the Final Examination.  The Final Examination is 150 questions.  Students must obtain a 70 to successfully pass the Final Examination.  

Online Continuing Education Course Expiration  

 The Adjuster School will allow you up to 6 months (from the date of purchase) to complete our Online Continuing Education courses. In the event of course expiration, you will have to repurchase the course. You will not lose all of your information, as our system will maintain your course progression and you will be able to resume wherever you left off.

Classroom Courses 

 You have the right to cancel your class registration. You must give 48 hour notice, before the start of the class regarding your intent to cancel the class. The cancellation should be by email (info@theadjusterschool.com). The full enrollment fee will be refunded to you. You can also transfer your enrollment to a future class. Simply call or email us and notify us that you would like to apply your enrollment fee to a future class.

Refunds will not be granted if you do not provide 48 hour notification, from the start of the class. However, you still can transfer your enrollment to a future class.  If you initially did not provide 48 hour notification to cancel, from the start of the class that you were enrolled in, and we allow you to transfer to a future class or transfer to our online classes, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. 

The Adjuster School reserves the right to accept or deny registration for any of our courses.
